Enterprise Community Development

An affiliate of Bethesda, Maryland-based RailField Partners purchased Auburn Pointe Apartments at 496 Catina Way in Newport News for $28.7 million on behalf of its RLM Preservation Fund focusing on preserving affordable housing. The community was originally purchased in 2015 by CPDC, a subsidiary of Enterprise Community Development, a mid-Atlantic nonprofit owner and developer of affordable housing. Drew White, Carter Wood and the team at Berkadia sold the property on Enterprise's behalf.
